1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MySwissBot services, you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

MySwissBot provides an intelligent chatbot platform for small businesses including: FAQ and article configuration, two-way chat, admin panel and technical support according to the contracted plan.

3. Plans and Pricing

Services are offered under three plans: MSB Setup (€499 setup + €149/mo), MSB SaaS (€299 setup + €79/mo) and MSB Custom (custom quote). Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice.

4. Payment and Billing

The setup fee is invoiced at the start of service. The monthly fee is invoiced in advance each month. Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card. Applicable taxes will be added according to current legislation.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for: illegal activities, spam, offensive or discriminatory content, violation of third-party rights, or any use that could damage MySwissBot's reputation.

7. Intellectual Property

MySwissBot retains all rights to the platform, software and underlying technology. The customer retains ownership of their content (FAQs, articles, conversation data).

8. Limitation of Liability

MySwissBot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. MySwissBot's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months of service.

9. Service Availability

MySwissBot commits to maintaining 99.5% monthly availability. In case of non-compliance, service credits will be applied according to the contracted SLA.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Switzerland, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the parties.
